To respect both our guests and our artists, we kindly require advance notice for any changes.\n\n---\n\n### ✨ Standard Services\n\n* **48 hours’ notice** is required to cancel or reschedule\n* Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a **50% charge** of the scheduled service total\n\n---\n\n### 🎨 Long Color & Specialty Services\n\n(3 hours or more, including blonding, color corrections, and specialty color)\n\n* **72 hours’ notice** is required\n* A **25–50% deposit** may be required at booking\n* Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a **50–75% charge**\n\n---\n\n### 💁‍♀️ Extension Services\n\nExtension appointments require additional preparation, product allocation, and reserved time.\n\n* **50% non-refundable deposit** required to secure booking\n* **72 hours’ notice** required for changes\n* Cancellations within 72 hours result in **forfeiture of the deposit**\n* Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged **up to 100%** of the scheduled service total\n\n---\n\n### 🌱 Apprentice Services\n\nApprentice services are offered at a special rate while still reserving dedicated time and resources.\n\n* **48 hours’ notice** required\n* Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments incur a **50% charge**\n* Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking availability\n\n---\n\n### ⏰ Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows\n\n* Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged **100%** of the scheduled service total\n* Arrivals **15 minutes or more late** may be considered a same-day cancellation if the service cannot be completed as scheduled\n\n---\n\n### 💳 Reservations & Deposits\n\n* A **credit card is required** to reserve all appointments\n* Deposits are **applied toward your service** and are **non-refundable**\n* With proper notice, deposits may be **transferred one time**\n\n---\n\n### 🤍 A Note of Care\n\nWe understand that life happens.
