Appointment Reservation, Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At The Alchemist’s Beauty Lounge, every appointment is intentionally crafted with reserved time, premium products, and focused attention from your service provider. To respect both our guests and our artists, we kindly require advance notice for any changes.
✨ Standard Services
- 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total
🎨 Long Color & Specialty Services
(3 hours or more, including blonding, color corrections, and specialty color)
- 72 hours’ notice is required
- A 25–50% deposit may be required at booking
- Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50–75% charge
💁♀️ Extension Services
Extension appointments require additional preparation, product allocation, and reserved time.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking
- 72 hours’ notice required for changes
- Cancellations within 72 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total
🌱 Apprentice Services
Apprentice services are offered at a special rate while still reserving dedicated time and resources.
- 48 hours’ notice required
- Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments incur a 50% charge
- Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking availability
⏰ Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service total
- Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a same-day cancellation if the service cannot be completed as scheduled
💳 Reservations & Deposits
- A credit card is required to reserve all appointments
- Deposits are applied toward your service and are non-refundable
- With proper notice, deposits may be transferred one time
🤍 A Note of Care
We understand that life happens. In the case of a true emergency, management may extend a one-time courtesy at their discretion.
