Devon began her hairstyling journey in Olympia, Washington back in 2004, where her love for beauty and transformation first took root. A few years later, her path led her to Folsom, California, where she spent a decade working at what she once considered her "dream salon." There, surrounded by a team of inspiring and talented artists, Devon soaked up every ounce of knowledge she could—from advanced color theory and precision cutting to the art of luxury extensions and the science of thinning hair solutions.

Devon has never been one to stop learning. Her career has been shaped by a constant hunger for growth, with hands-on training, mentorships, and elite education programs both inside and outside the salon. Every class and experience added new layers of depth to her craft—and reinforced her belief that a salon visit should be more than just a service. It should be an experience.

At The Alchemist’s Beauty Lounge, Devon’s true magic lies in creating a cozy, consistent, and soul-soothing space where guests feel both seen and celebrated. She specializes in advanced highlighting techniques, custom styling, and transformative extension work using only the highest-quality hair available.

Her favorite part of the process? The consultation. Devon takes time to truly understand her guests’ hair goals, concerns, and dreams—then crafts a thoughtful vision and roadmap to bring it all to life.
